While we strive to display our ethnic collections accurately, please note that slight variations in color and handwork detail may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and digital display settings.
Orders for custom-made outfits or bridal wear require a 50% non-refundable advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared upon final delivery or trial. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
We provide complimentary fittings for in-store purchases within 15 days of the order date. Subsequent alterations or modifications to the original design requested by the client may incur additional charges.
Due to the exclusive and curated nature of our collections, we do not follow a generic return policy. Ready-to-wear pieces may be exchanged within 7 days if they are in original condition with tags. Custom-made and altered items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
All designs, images, and content displayed in the boutique or on the website are the intellectual property of Palak Selection. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Palak Selection is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by third-party courier services or external factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, transit delays).
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, Gujarat].
